Dogs & Cats are welcome. We have a 2 pet limit per apartment.- One-time non-refundable fee of $300 per pet
- Monthly rent of $30 per pet
- We do not have breed restrictions. Please keep in mind that in circumstances of aggressive behavior, pet residency may be subject to review
- No weight limits
